Not all residents are full time, some continue to live independent or a loved one in certain circumstances may need a short break. In any of these cases, Park House Rest Home residents receive the same high professional standard of care, where you are cared for 24hours a day. With all our residents, our dedicated team will create a customised care plan for the duration for their stay and where there may be existing health care or mobility issues, our team will liaise with the residents previous healthcare professionals.
